You're launching a private label knitwear product on Amazon. You've picked the category, registered the brand. What you need next is a factory that understands Amazon specifically — Amazon US sizing standards (not Chinese domestic), OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified yarn so your listing passes Amazon's Climate Pledge Friendly filter, FBA-ready packaging and labelling, and minimums low enough to test one ASIN before committing to five. That is exactly what we do in Dalang, Dongguan — and we've published open teardowns on four of Amazon's biggest-selling knitwear categories to prove we know the landscape.
Who this page is for
Amazon private label brands come to us at four different stages. Regardless of where you are, we produce at quantities and timelines that match your stage — not a one-size-fits-all wholesale minimum.
Testing your first ASIN
You've done keyword research, got a Helium 10 report, maybe a sample from Alibaba. You want to launch with 50–100 real units to validate conversion before scaling. Low MOQ page →
Adding colourways or sub-SKUs
You have one ASIN working. Now you want to add 3 more colours or 2 more size variants. Each new SKU at 50 pcs lets you test without committing reorder-level quantities.
Shopify brand moving to Amazon
You already sell direct on Shopify and want Amazon as a second channel. Your Shopify tech packs need US-size re-grading and OEKO-TEX yarn swap. We handle the transition.
Christmas, summer, back-to-school
Christmas sweaters need sourcing in April. Summer tanks need sourcing in January. We plan the 6-month lead time with you. Christmas timing guide →
Our Amazon category teardowns — what we've published
Rather than claim we understand Amazon, we've published full teardowns of four bestselling knitwear categories with real cost data, specification analysis, and honest critique of what generic listings get wrong. Read them before engaging us — they are how we brief ourselves:

What makes us Amazon-ready (not just export-ready)
Any Chinese factory can ship knitwear overseas. What Amazon sellers need is different — and it's these four operational details most factories get wrong:
Amazon US sizing re-grade
Chinese domestic sizing runs one full size smaller than Amazon US standards. We re-grade every pattern to Amazon's published size charts before sampling. No "size runs small" review flood.
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 yarn
Amazon's Climate Pledge Friendly filter checks sustainability certifications. We source OEKO-TEX certified yarn for all cotton, wool, and cashmere orders at no premium — direct supplier relationships with Inner Mongolian and Jiangsu mills.
FBA-ready packaging
Individual polybag + Amazon FNSKU labels pre-applied + carton-labelling to FBA warehouse spec. Saves $0.50–$1.50 per unit in 3PL prep costs. We test your first carton against Amazon's receiving guidelines before full shipment.
Tech pack consultation
Most first-time Amazon sellers don't have a complete tech pack. We review what you have (photos, reference samples, Alibaba quotes) and write the missing fields — gauge, yarn count, stretch recovery, grade points. Tech pack guide →
Amazon launch timeline — count backwards from your listing date
Every Amazon launch has a non-negotiable sequence of deadlines. Here is the standard 6-month calendar we plan with new private-label clients, counting backwards from the day your listing goes live:
Inventory in FBA warehouses, listing photos uploaded, PPC campaigns ready to launch.
Sea freight from Shenzhen / Shanghai, customs clearance, shipping to FBA warehouse (Amazon receive queue adds 3–7 days).
Bulk production complete, FNSKU labels applied, cartons sealed, export documents issued.
18–25 days bulk production begins. Final PP sample signed off, yarn already on the shop floor.
2–3 sample rounds (7–10 days each), measurements locked, grading re-validated against Amazon US standards.
This is when you should be reading this page. Later than 180 days before launch and each phase compresses, costing quality.
Pricing for Amazon private label (50 pcs, FBA-ready)
Ex-factory pricing for Amazon private label orders — includes polybag, label application, and carton prep. Sea freight and FBA receiving fees additional.
