We believe sourcing knitwear should be as straightforward as possible. Here is exactly what happens from your first message to the moment goods arrive at your door.
Send us whatever you have — a sketch, a reference photo, a sample garment, or just a description. Include your target quantity, yarn preference, and retail price point if you know it. The more detail, the more accurate our quote.
You can reach us by email, WeChat, or the contact form. We respond within one business day.
We send an itemised quotation showing: yarn cost, knitting cost, finishing, labels, and packaging — broken down separately so you know exactly what you are paying for.
We will also suggest 2–3 yarn options at different price points and send physical yarn samples to your address for hand-feel approval if needed.
Once you approve the quote and pay the sample fee (credited back to bulk order), our pattern masters create a physical sample in your specified yarn and size.
We courier the sample to you for review. Most orders require 1–2 rounds of revision. Common adjustments include neckline depth, sleeve length, and stitch density — all handled by our in-house pattern team without outsourcing.
Sampling fee: Typically RMB 200–800 per style depending on complexity. This is fully credited against your bulk order once you confirm production.
After you approve the PP sample and pay the production deposit, we schedule your order and begin bulk production. You will receive:
Our three-stage QC process (IQC → IPQC → OQC) runs throughout. Final OQC involves 100% individual garment inspection against your approved PP sample.
Garments are folded, poly-bagged, and packed to your specification. We prepare a full export documentation pack:
We work with leading freight forwarders for sea, air, and express shipping. We can handle logistics end-to-end or hand over to your preferred agent.
We stand behind every order. If goods arrive with a defect rate above the agreed tolerance, we will rework, replace, or compensate — without argument and without you needing to send goods back to China in most cases.
Long-term buyers get preferential scheduling during peak season, stored pattern files for instant reorders, and dedicated account management.
Timelines from PP sample approval. Peak season (June–August) may add 1–2 weeks for bulk production.
