The journey

Six steps from brief
to delivery

01
Share Your Brief
Day 1

Send us whatever you have — a sketch, a reference photo, a sample garment, or just a description. Include your target quantity, yarn preference, and retail price point if you know it. The more detail, the more accurate our quote.

You can reach us by email, WeChat, or the contact form. We respond within one business day.

  • Technical specs (if available): yarn weight, gauge, dimensions
  • Colour references: Pantone codes, physical swatches, or photos
  • Label & packaging requirements
  • Target delivery date
02
Quote & Yarn Confirmation
Day 2–3

We send an itemised quotation showing: yarn cost, knitting cost, finishing, labels, and packaging — broken down separately so you know exactly what you are paying for.

We will also suggest 2–3 yarn options at different price points and send physical yarn samples to your address for hand-feel approval if needed.

  • FOB Dongguan pricing as standard
  • CIF or DDP available on request
  • Payment: 30% deposit on order, 70% before shipment
03
Sampling
Day 4–12 (approx. 7 working days)

Once you approve the quote and pay the sample fee (credited back to bulk order), our pattern masters create a physical sample in your specified yarn and size.

We courier the sample to you for review. Most orders require 1–2 rounds of revision. Common adjustments include neckline depth, sleeve length, and stitch density — all handled by our in-house pattern team without outsourcing.

Sampling fee: Typically RMB 200–800 per style depending on complexity. This is fully credited against your bulk order once you confirm production.

04
Bulk Production
25–40 working days (varies by quantity & complexity)

After you approve the PP sample and pay the production deposit, we schedule your order and begin bulk production. You will receive:

  • Production start notification with estimated completion date
  • Mid-production photo update from the factory floor
  • First-off machine sample photo for your records
  • Pre-shipment inspection photos before packing begins

Our three-stage QC process (IQC → IPQC → OQC) runs throughout. Final OQC involves 100% individual garment inspection against your approved PP sample.

05
Packing & Export Docs
3–5 days

Garments are folded, poly-bagged, and packed to your specification. We prepare a full export documentation pack:

  • Commercial invoice & packing list
  • Certificate of Origin (Form E for ASEAN, Form A for EU/US)
  • Test reports (OEKO-TEX, fibre content, colour fastness) on request
  • MSDS or product compliance documents for special markets

We work with leading freight forwarders for sea, air, and express shipping. We can handle logistics end-to-end or hand over to your preferred agent.

06
After-Sales Support
Ongoing

We stand behind every order. If goods arrive with a defect rate above the agreed tolerance, we will rework, replace, or compensate — without argument and without you needing to send goods back to China in most cases.

Long-term buyers get preferential scheduling during peak season, stored pattern files for instant reorders, and dedicated account management.

FAQ

Common questions

Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style per colour. For reorders of existing styles (same pattern, same yarn), we can sometimes accommodate smaller quantities. We encourage first-time buyers to start with a test batch of 50–200 pcs to validate the market before committing to larger volumes.
Yes. Send us a physical sample (or detailed photos and measurements) and our pattern team will reverse-engineer the construction, gauge, and yarn specification. We will then create a matched sample for your approval. This is called OEM sample replication and is one of our most common service requests.
Yes. If you do not have a design, browse our style library or describe the aesthetic you want. Our team will propose 2–3 options with sketches. You choose a direction, we develop it into a sample. ODM development is slightly longer (add 5–7 days) but costs the same as OEM once sampling begins.
We work with virtually all knitwear-grade yarns: merino wool, cashmere blends, alpaca, cotton, acrylic, recycled GRS yarns, linen blends, and more. We source from established suppliers in Dalang and can usually match any yarn specification within 2–3 days. If you require a specific certified yarn (e.g. RWS wool, GRS recycled), please let us know early.
If goods arrive with a defect rate exceeding the agreed AQL tolerance, please send photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt. We will assess and either rework the affected pieces, replace them in the next order, or issue a credit note. We do not ask you to return goods to China — that creates unnecessary cost for everyone.
Standard terms: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal (for samples), and Western Union. For established repeat customers, we can discuss extended terms. All quotes are in USD unless otherwise requested.
